Stretch mesh top and white anti-static lining underslip with two metal hoops. 2 layers of net with double layer net on bottom kicks (so 4 layers on bottom kick).  Works well under slim A-line dresses or take the hoops out for fishtail dresses.  All net hems overlocked with matching thread (contrasting is available on request).  Bottom hoop diameter approx 27"/70cm.  Standard length approx 41".
