All our items are handmade and made with the utmost care. 

Returns are accepted providing they are received in the same condition they were sent, in the original packaging and having not been used. 

Exclusions to our policy include earrings for pierced ears and any item which has been altered, made or personalised for you.

Please contact tessa@tessastiaras.co.uk should you wish to return an item.  We do not refund p&p.
