OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Our p&p is free. We will send your item within 3 working days of your order if it is in stock. For bespoke and made to order/personalised pieces once all the designs and colours are agreed we aim to have these to you as quickly as possible but will advise you of an expected completion date dependant on the complexity of your order.
We promise that all your orders will be prettily packaged and gift boxed with the external packaging being recycled or recyclable where possible.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS POLICY

All our items are handmade or embellished with the utmost care.
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during shipment we will provide a replacement exchange or credit note on receipt of the damaged item.
Returns are accepted providing they are received in the same condition they were sent, in the original packaging and having not been used within 14 days of receiving the item. Refunds will not be processed until the returned goods have been received.
Exclusions to our policy include earrings for pierced ears and in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, any item which has been altered, made or personalised for you.
Sale items are also non-refundable unless damaged during transit and the damaged item returned to us.

It is the sender’s responsibility to always obtain a certificate of posting, this is to ensure that should the item not be received, the sender would be able to claim recompense via Royal Mail or their chosen courier.
Cancellations are accepted for ready made goods not yet dispatched, however in the event of personalised or bespoke items we reserve the right not to refund. We may offer a credit note or exchange at our discretion.
We do not refund p&p.

We store only the minimum personal information about our shoppers required to fulfill their orders with us. What information (data) we do store (electronically or written) is never passed to any third party ever unless this is legally required e.g. for purposes of a police investigation. Any such requests will be verified to be required by law.
We never store Credit Card details at all.

For bespoke orders and design consultations you will be required to agree to our design terms. These will be sent to you or provided at your consultation.
